Congratulations HMS Scholars Bowl Team for placing 2nd at the county tournament! And to Sam for placing 2nd overall! 🏆
All HMS students, 6th - 8th grade, will be attending a field trip on Wednesday, December 11th. We will leave the school at 8am and will not return until 12pm or later. We will be traveling to Temple Baptist Church to participate in the Cullman County Middle School Expo. Our students will have the opportunity to hear some outstanding speakers and participate in some friendly competition with the other middle schools. Due to spacing and the size of this event, this field trip is for students only - there will not be space for parents to attend. It is important to note that checkouts will not be allowed during the field trip, so please plan accordangly if you have an appointment.
Because this event will be indoors at a church and out of respect for our speakers, we are going to swap our Holiday Dressup days for Wednesday and Thursday. On Wednesday we will wear Christmas socks and on Thursday we will wear Holiday Headwear.
